- We work with governments, social sector institutions, and corporations to improve the enabling environment for entrepreneurship. We have designed and implemented several of the region’s most ambitious, multi-country programs to build and strengthen business incubators.

Offering Virtual Business Incubation Services We propose online business incubation tools which could be used by business incubators in the region to accelerate the successful development of companies by providing an array of targeted resources and services and sharing resources.
Knowledge-Based Economic Development in a Post-Awakening Arab World In pursuing knowledge-based economic development, many countries in the region have made large state-driven human capital investments with the goals of job creation, economic integration, economic diversification, environmental sustainability, and social development. An assessment of the effectiveness of Arab investments in human capital shows marginal progress over the last decade.

- Below are a few examples of our recent work:
• With input from senior government officials and leveraging multicountry strategic partnerships with regional organizations, developed extensive situational analyses which formed the organizational and program strategy for a portfolio of 3 projects with an annual budget of $20 million • Developed and managed the establishment of the Arab Incubation Network with eight partners in Morocco, Bahrain, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and UAE • Conceptualized an online community for regional business incubators to accelerate the successful development of companies and provide targeted entrepreneurship resources and services • Partnering with a leading technology company, established a regional innovation program open to all Arab university students to develop and provide support for firm business concepts supported by advanced technology innovations
